Boarding at Silver Dollar Stables

DAILY TURNOUT: Horses are turned out every day, weather permitting, this allows playtime with"buddies", reduces chances of boredom related vices developing(cribbing,weaving,stall kicking)

FEEDINGS: Horses are fed twice a day ample hay and a quality Nutrena feed, pelleted or sweet.

STALL CLEANING: Our stalls are cleaned every day. Bedding is shavings/sawdust

WATER: Our water buckets are dumped and filled daily.
We have heated stock tanks in our outdoor pastures and use heated water buckets(provided by boarder) in the stalls
during winter months.

PARASITE CONTROL: Every 8 weeks rotation( paid by boarder) or a pelleted daily wormer supplied by boarder.

REGULARLY SCHEDULED: Farrier every 6-8 weeks. You may use our farrier or one of your choice.
Vaccinations twice a year
Dentist is here spring and fall if your horse needs his teeth floated.

RIDING: We have a 120'x80' ourdoor arena and access to miles of nice trails!
